Anna-Mania and the social-psychology of the Indian masses.

The naivety of indian people is boundless.Though A. Sen believes them to be one of the most gifted argumentatives but the historical records declares differently. The most irrational,illogical and inhumane practices and beliefs have sustained in Indian society but it is surprising to see that creed of argumentatives was always sleeping and buried under customs of unconsciousness or cunning.
The present Anna-mania too seems to be an evidence to this habitual obedience to un-reason.We indians are easily intoxicated by the sensitivities and impulses. Despite our embedded loyalty and firm patriotistic overwhelm, we hardly think about it.Our routine to most bizarre behaviour are clear mark of this observable fact.
The present anti-corruption drive is no more than a farce for most of the Indians specially those who are at some safe footing to take advantages of it.For a pocket of people the political,beaurocratic corruption was always good. It was an excellent source of upliftment and progress. The culture of corruption after Independence has done most of the damage to most the poeple at most of the times but there were always some privilaged peoples spread over different identities who milked out of the corruption to sobotage the nation and boost their social,political,economic position as indivisuals,familial constellations and nepotistic alignments/bonds.Specially these were classes,people and communities who were at helm of the affairs in all fields of life.
Corruption is not a single demonic tree it is the manifestation of the toxicity that is prevalent and fertile in all spheres of life.We cannot become 'acorrupt overnight. ACORRUPTION is not a one man's job.Even if it who cares about a single corrupt man. I think we are concerned of a system and not the exceptional errors.
If we want corruption to go on,  we as a society of people have to have change in toto. At least there has to be an inkling,a desire and a strong need to be free from corruption at the level of society.Again I would reiterate that majority of indians who are powerless and weak in social position can not help annihilate corruption. Rather they are perennial victims of this.
 The present Anna-mania in its socio-economic form is mostly middle 'classiac'. This agitation is still a minority movement where from billions are missing. It is manufactured and being propogated machinistically by media and powerful social class like to benefit from dethronement of incumbent elite. I have not tried to make any comment on the powerful man behind these agitations,his team of chosen few, chosen by chance or luck or deliberately or by whatever means I don't know  and also their methodology.I shall try to see these in my next postings. This is so far a very general analysis of this Anna-Mania and the socio-psychology of the indian masses.
